Dean Moore
Dean MoorePresident
As President and Co-Owner, Dean provides executive leadership to the company and helps realize the vision through a structured approach of processes engineering, goal setting and accountability. Dean has been involved in technology for over 25 years and has an ongoing passion for building quality teams based on shared common values. John and Dean have known and worked together for over 15 years.

Dean is a native of Arizona active in his church, the Boy Scouts of America as a Scout Leader and regularly participates in youth activities in the community.

John Nash
John NashVice President of Technology
As Vice President of Technology and Co-Owner, John shares responsibility with Dean for setting the technical direction and culture of the Company, as well as monitoring industry trends, advances in technology and providing final oversight on the IT strategy for our client environments. John takes a very hands-on approach to most things and can often be found working side by side with the team. John maintains a holistic view to Phreedom’s clients and how IT serves to advance their business.

John is a native of Iowa. Since moving to Arizona, He is active in Big Brothers/Big sisters for over 20 years. John is also an active board member of the Southwest Security Professionals Forum Advisory Board.

AaronSupport Technician
Aaron is part of our ace help desk team and no technical problem is safe when he is on the case.

Aaron enjoys working out, Mountain Biking, Ping Pong, and cooking, but also an uninterrupted weekend playing video games, working out, and gaming. He gives millennials a good name. He believes that every return on the ping-pong table should have a wicked spin to it.

Cameron is our triage support where with incoming tickets. He provides support for system builds of workstations, servers and manages our technical team’s schedules.

As native of Texas, he learned to hunt and fish. His volunteer time includes traveling to St. Lucia to teach kids in school, take care of toddlers and built a “boys and girls club” out of an old shack. Additionally, he has spent time packing food for impoverished countries with organizations here in the valley.

CynthiaOffice Administrator
As our Office Administrator Cynthia is a dynamic individual, working to support our human resources, accounting and vendor management. She provides the “Glue” that every organization needs to maintain a smooth and calm workplace.

In her spare time, Cynthia maintains her horses and teaches children ceramics class. She enjoys ceramics because there is never a right or wrong way to create, you just have to put your hands to use.

JasonSupport Technician
Jason is on the front line of our help desk and is an extreme customer advocate with a firm knowledge of Point of Sale systems and is actively working on his networking and firewall certifications.

Jason has been a professional photographer for 16 years. He enjoys smoking brisket on his smoker both at home and occasionally for the office. In the past, he was a test driver for Volkswagen. As a photographer and test driver he has been faced with demanding circumstances which has given him a relaxed demeanor. He is calm cool and collected during any crisis.

JustinSupport Technician
Justin is part of our ace help desk team and works to juggle all the end-user requests and makes it look effortless.

Outside of work, Justin’s favorite hobbies include trail running, Jujitsu and playing the greatest video game ever created, Counter Strike!

NickNOC Administrator
Nick is our NOC administrator and maintains our monitoring, scripts and systems automation. Nick is full of energy and moves, types and thinks quickly, but is always ready to listen to our customers and drill down to the root cause of the issue.

Nick has a degree in game development and has successfully managed to leverage that into an IT career. He is a crypto-currency enthusiast and has a ferret and a dog named Lena and Captain respectively.

SixSupport Engineer
Six is a Systems and Network engineer and focuses on client projects such as server and workstation deployments and Active Directory migrations. Stickler for details and processes. The job isn’t complete until the documentation is done!

Six is a US Marine (once a Marine, always a Marine). He enjoys hiking, pool, traveling and the great outdoors.

ShawSupport Technician
Shaw is another member of our remote team and works to maintain our rapid response to client requests and solve end-user issues. He is on the rotation for system maintenance and sometimes shifts his schedule to perform after hours system maintenance tasks.

Shaw enjoys travelling and exploring new things and spending time with family. His hobbies are listening to music and watching cricket as well as singing. The most interesting place he has visited so far is Ladakh (India).

SherrySupport Technician
Sherry is part of our remote team and a seamless extension of our help desk staff. Along with general IT support, Sherry leads our Office365 migrations and general cloud integration projects. In the office environment.

Sherry’s religion is a big part of his life. Sherry is a Trained Bhangra Dancer and leads a Bhangra crew of 12 people who regularly perform at competitions. He also teaches the next generation of upcoming dancers.

ToniService and Project Coordinator
Toni is our Service and project coordinator and is the initial point of contact for incoming service tickets and usually the first person to take clients’ calls. She is our master scheduler and works hard to ensure that all clients’ needs are met by assigning resources and managing the technicians’ priorities.

She grew up in Rhode Island and moved to Arizona 10 years ago. Toni volunteers for a horse preservation and has learned more about astronomy in the last 3 years working for Phreedom then she ever did in high school.

DavidBackup Technician
David has been a part of our team for over 5 years. He works behinds the scenes monitoring and resolving server backups issues and other proactive maintenance tasks.

David is another native Arizonian and helps provides coverage for the Southern part of the state.

BillSr. Systems Engineer
As one of our Sr. Systems Engineers and part of our special implementation team with over 20 years of IT experience, Bill is an IT architect and lead technical resource for the rest of the team.

Bill is a USAF Veteran where he generally balanced the conflicting dynamics of aircraft and things that like to explode. He enjoys scuba diving, snorkeling, brewing beer, dabbling in electronics and robotics and is a pretty good cook, when the mood strikes. If you want to discuss nuclear reactor theory or history, he’s your guy. Attention to detail is an understatement.

NickSupport Engineer
Nick is a US Navy Veteran where he spent his time on a cruiser as well as a carrier in the communications/IT field. On his down time he enjoys the outdoors, as well as playing pool and bowling. Nick ride dirt bikes, goes off-roading when the weather is right.
